Timing is good.
Timing is good. Scheduling is good. Clean up can be better. The old grass was blown back on the cut grass. So when the old grass turn brown, it doesn't look so good on the fresh grass.

I appreciate that he is a entrepreneur…
I appreciate that he is a entrepreneur working to build his business, and I genuinely want to see him succeed. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the lawn service. The edging was incomplete, the cleanup was not done well, and the overall job looked rushed. There were also weeds left growing around my garage that needed attention. I chose not to leave a review after my first experience because I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, I was disappointed again. I believe he has room for improvement, especially when it comes to attention to detail and making sure the job is completed properly before leaving. I wish him success in growing his business, but I also believe customers should receive the quality of service they pay for.

Needs some kind of alert for in app messages.
Much of the process is easy and intuitive, but there is one glaring exception...in app messages from professionals. Most services will at least send you an email that you have a message even if they make you log in to see the message. Lawnguru does not do this and I have missed multiple messages because as a customer there is no reason to log in daily.

Great concept and winter snow removal…
Great concept and winter snow removal was great. I tried for getting grass cut. 1st request accepted a done. Two weeks later got request accepted but then did not come and never got cut.

First guy quit without notice and his…
First guy quit without notice and his replacement never came on the scheduled day. Did not cut away bushes that I asked to be removed.
