Used LawnGuru for snow removal last year. All contractors did good job. Only one cancelled but another took the job fairly quickly. Planning to use them again this Winter.

I love how fast and easy it is to place a order for service. The only thing I didn't like or wasn't aware of of is that the trimmings didn't seem to be included in the service. I had to manually rake and bag the entire yard after the service and I wasn't too happy about that. If it's not included or requires an additional charge. It would be nice to know.
Response from LawnGuruOct 20, 2026
Hi April, thank you so much for taking the time to share your review and for giving us 5 stars! We are thrilled to hear that placing an order through the LawnGuru app was fast and easy for you. We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding grass clippings and raking. Standard mowing service on our platform includes cutting the lawn, trimming around edges, and blowing clippings off hard surfaces like driveways and walkways, while bagging or debris cleanup can be requested as an add on service depending on availability in your area. We understand how frustrating it is to deal with an unexpected chore after a cut, and your note helps us make these details clearer in our app. If you ever have questions or want to customize your future bookings, please reach out to us at [email protected] so our team can assist you directly. Thank you for being a valued part of the LawnGuru family!
