Hi Marlena, thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our deepest condolences on the loss of your father. We are so truly sorry for the additional stress and frustration this situation caused during such a sensitive time. We want to clarify what happened with your payment and refund. When a provider is en route, the app places an automatic authorization hold to confirm funds, which is released if a service is canceled. While our team offered a complimentary fix it service to correct the lawn, we respected your preference for a refund instead. Our support team attempted to process that refund directly and reached out to you to finalize it, as direct refunds are much faster than bank disputes. However, because a chargeback was initiated through your financial institution, the funds were held by the bank while the dispute process took its course. We always strive to deliver a seamless experience and resolve issues as quickly as possible, and we are deeply sorry for the frustration this process caused you. If you ever have further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

Hi Dylan, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’re so sorry for the long wait times and frustration you experienced—delivering clear communication and timely service is huge for us, and we clearly missed the mark here. Your feedback is going straight to our team so we can do better! To clarify on the grass clippings: our standard lawn service includes cutting, trimming, and blowing, but clipping collection/removal is offered as a separate add-on service. That said, we’d love the opportunity to turn this experience around and earn back your trust! Please drop us a line at [email protected]—our team is ready to jump in, review what happened, and work on a fair solution for you.

Hi Krystal, thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback! We’re so sorry for any confusion regarding your recent service. Looking at your account, it looks like you currently have a standard recurring lawn mow set up rather than a dedicated Yard Cleanup or Leaf Removal service. Standard mows cover routine grass cutting and edging maintenance, while leaf cleanup requires a separate request so local pros know to bring the right equipment and allot extra time. We’d love to help get your yard cleared! Please reach out to us directly at [email protected]—our team will happily jump in, assist you with setting up a leaf removal request, and get your property taken care of right away!
