Thanks for your recent order with us! UPS failed to delivery attempts through no fault of the shipper. The receiver was not available at the 3rd time of the final delivery attempt. Shipment of alcohol cannot be left unattended. Don't worry about being home to sign! We offer 1,000’s of UPS and FedEx Pick-up locations If there is any problem, please call us first, we will help to solve all the problem. Everything will be easy with good communication. Best regards

Thanks for your feedback, we specialize in shipping gifts to hard to reach places across the US and providing those bottles you might not be able to find in your local liquor store. Please note that the laws as to whether or not we can ship hard liquor to many states are constantly changing. We're not set up to compete on price with your local store. If you can buy it there for less, we encourage that! We will gladly accept your return within 365 days of the original purchase for any reason. SUPPOSE WE REFUND YOUR MONEY SEND YOU ANOTHER ONE AT NO CHARGE CLOSE THE STORE AND HAVE THE MANAGER SHOT WOULD THAT BE SATISFACTORY? CUSTOMER SERVICE MEME

I have sent NUMEROUS EMAILS stating you sent the wrong product and no one had tried contacting me. I think you suck poor way to get business. I paid alot of money and received the wrong product Error on your part not mine. Enjoy your your stupidity!

We sent a prepaid postage label via e-mail for the return of this item. Once we have received and processed the item, a refund was issue to your original form of payment. Everything will be easy with our good communication, we offer a full time customer service representative assisting customers with questions and service related problems at 877-319-7683 or even better return or exchange are accepted on our own web site no questions asked. Shipping was insanely expensive and took over a week!! Didn't see it on the initial checkout but come on! was almost $40 and wasn't overnight! I emailed for an explanation and no one contacted me. I will never buy from here again and definitely telling friends and family!

We specialize in shipping gifts to hard to reach places across the US and providing those bottles you might not be able to find in your local liquor store. We're not set up to compete on price with your local store. If you can buy it there for less and save the UPS shipping charge we encourage that! We ordered over 10 day's ago for a 3 day delivery, yet nothing. Only going to be here several more days. UPS expect delivery on 12th 202? Today's June 16th and almost over. R

Ideally, UPS shipments should arrive on time to its end destination without any issues or delays. But unfortunately, that is only possible in a perfect world and how UPS handled your package during shipping. UPS report " Your package has been delayed due to events beyond our control.
