Amazing
I Have lots of great experience with your customer service, when I call to order everyone is courteous and nice, I am very selective and they listen and take care of my needs. Recently my order was lost very quickly and without hassle they send another or to replace my wine . I am very grateful and satisfied customer for last 6 years! Thank you La Vinotheque!!

Good selection ease of ordering
Only place I can find what I can want. Except for the price of shipping prices for the alcohol are in line with stores

Thank you very much for sharing your honest impressions, we really appreciated your business. Our shipping rates are set by the carriers. Other sites may offer less expensive shipping, but usually that just means they're building the shipping cost into the product price. We feel our product and shipping prices compete with just about anyone.

Terrific service....would appreciate lower shipping costs but FEDEX Driver obtained signature and instructions were posted on the box which was awesome! Keep up the good work!
