We ordered a dress for my daughter's prom from Lavetir, when it arrived, she couldn't stop smiling. The color was even more vibrant in person, and the fit was spot on. There was a slight delay in shipping, which made us nervous, but it all worked out in the end.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE The quality is awful, they are a scam! I bought two bridesmaid dresses and they are nothing like what was on their website. Trying to get a refund and return has been a nightmare. They suggested we 'sell the dresses online, someone might like them'. My credit card company ended up giving me the money back from this thieving company because this deceitful company is a scam.

-5 Sterne ... Einen so schlechten Service habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Qualität der Kleider enorm schlecht. Versandkosten sehr hoch, besonders, wenn man das Kleid bis zu einem bestimmten Datum haben möchte. Und selbst da ist es auf den aller letzten Drücker gekommen. Rückgabeservice extrem schlecht und Kundenunfreundlich. Für ein 140 € Kleid wurden mit 30 € geboten, da ich ja für Wiedereinlagerung etc. die Kosten übernehmen muss.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich null Sterne geben. Der Service ist grauenhaft, Fragen werden nicht beantwortet, es kommen immer die selben Emails die nicht auf die Fragen eingehen…. Bestelle dort nie wieder

I was looking for something with a bit of vintage flair for my engagement photos, and Lavetir delivered. The dress had just the right amount of old-school charm. The photos turned out amazing, and the dress was a big part of that!

20 dresses were ordered for our wedding, only 11 arrived. 3 were the wrong colour, and a further 1 was damaged. This caused severe stress for myself and my fiance. After a LOT of backwards and forwards emails, they finally agreed to refund us for the 9 dresses that didn't arrive, and after a further couple of requests, they refunded us for the damaged dress. They disputed the colour being wrong despite us receiving Fuchsia Pink instead of just Fucshsia and are standing by their point that it is a 'small' difference due to photo lighting etc. which is simply untrue. The colour Fuchsia as displayed on the website is not that colour, In order to remedy this, they gave us a 50% coupon for our next order. Due to the timing before our wedding, and due to the fact that we'd already lost 3 days trying to get somebody sensible to handle our query, we simply had no choice but to take the coupon but are now stuck with three dresses that we don't want/didn't order, and are also about £75 out of pocket because they wouldn't fully refund these dresses. Customer 'service' phone number is a US number, it rings, but is not answered. I have to say that the dresses themselves are absolutely lovely, well made and very elegant but the hassle when something goes wrong has really not been worth the amount that we saved by not buying directly in the UK.

My entire wedding party looking stunning in their Lavetir dresses. The custom sizing option was a lifesaver, especially for my cousin who has a hard time finding dresses that fit well. The only hitch was a delay in shipping, but the dresses arrived just in time. They were worth the wait!
