This dress arrived perfectly! I provided custom measurements and the dress fit exactly as it should. I'm a very short girl and I have never been able to buy a floor length dress that fit perfectly without having alterations done and especially having to cut multiple inches of material off the bottom. This was the best dress company I've ever purchased a bridesmaid dress from.

The dress was a beautiful shade of green as ordered, with a seven-layered tulle and satin skirt, coordinating waist tie, and lovely lace bodice. It was very long, but was able to be customized in length by a tailor. The dress was well packaged and arrived inside-out to protect the exterior fabric. We received many compliments!

I brought 4 of the same bridesmaids dresses on this website. I paid £30 for 5-8 shipping, surly this would mean I would expect them to arrive within that time frame? The dresses didnt arrive in time for my wedding and in fact ruined my big day! I spent £230 on this website! After requesting a refund they are only now telling me that they will take 35% restocking fee! Meaning I would only get £100 back! The service I have received from them is absolutely disgusting! I have now asked for contact details of someone higher in the company but having no reply’s! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Total rip-off company! Tried to return and would be charged restocking fees and mailing charges so high not worth send back! They knew and didn’t disclose then offer small percentage to just go away!!! Do not use the site!!!!
