Lavetir has the poorest return and refund policy. You are at their mercy when they advertise easy returns. You are stuck with shipping back,a restocing fee or only 20% refund on a dress you can keep but doesnt fit or work. Truly a poor policy and a common complaint. Never again and I tell everyone about my experience with Lavetir. I should have been a smarter consumer and read the reviews before purchasing. Horrific and never again! I have had communication with your customer service and they do not care. The response was I should have known that I would pay exobortant return, and high restocking fee and only partial refund. Your customer service does not care. Thanks for your automatic reply.......

Very poor customer support at Lavetir . I ordered two mother of the bride pant suits on February 9 for my daughter‘s wedding in Jamaica. I paid for expedited shipping on both orders.. They promised they would be delivered before March 5. I could not get anybody to respond to my emails. When they had not been delivered by March 5, I canceled the orders and asked for them not to deliver any packages because I would already be gone to Jamaica.. we did not leave to Jamaica until March 12 and they still had not been delivered. I only had a few days to buy two more pantsuits for the wedding. When we came back from Jamaica, their two pant suits were still on the front porch after I canceled the order.. I asked for a refund on the two pant suits because I didn’t need them anymore. They offered me to keep the pantsuits and they would give me 20% of the value of the pantsuits. Both pantsuits totaled about $400.. they would not offer me a return label for me to ship them back. I had no idea that these pants suits were shipped from China and the cost of returning them was outrageous.. that’s when they start answering my emails over 55 emails going back-and-forth with this company was a nightmare . I disputed the charges with my credit card company and sent them the emails back-and-forth from Lavetir for the investigation. It is now three months after the wedding and I’m still not getting any results with this company.. it’s a good thing I disputed with my credit card company because after the investigation, I did get my money back finally. For all the young brides to be., please beware of this company.

The dress was exactly to my measurements. It was fully lined and had plenty of fullness. It was shipped quickly considering it was custom made to my measurements. It was plenty long enough for me. I would not hesitate to order from Lavitir again.

Will NEVER purchase from this website again. Steer clear unless you are 💯 positive you are keeping what you ordered. Read past the first paragraph where it states you can return your purchases up to 30 days, etc because on further down, they want to charge you a 35% restocking fee, want you to pay for return shipping with tracking on a slow boat back to China which we all know they don’t say slow boat for nothing so you do not get your refund until then. I purchased 2 dress with a cost of $299 plus a $20 shipping fee. I asked to return 2 days after I received them and it’s insane. So these people will get both dresses unused with tags back AND KEEP 77% of my money. Yes, they offered me a 23% refund when shipping back. Oh, they did offer 35% if I decided to keep the dresses. I will fight this but bottom line, I would not shop on this website. Stick to Amazon.

The dress I bought was the orange color for my son’s wedding. It was stunning! The quality was good and the only alteration I needed was hem shortening. I received so many compliments on the dress at the wedding. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend this company.

It's a beautiful dress. Looks exactly like the picture. Dress was made/altered to my measurements. Arrived in time as promised. I am very happy with everything.

I had to contact Lavetir a couple times about the shipping and delivery of my order. They were very prompt and helpful each time. I love my dress and it fits perfectly. The quality is very nice and I am very pleased with it. I did order a size bigger than I thought I would need according to the size clothes I wear. I used their size guidelines and glad I did.
