Avoid.
I ordered and paid 4 x different Bridesmaid dresses. I was contacted and asked if they could send only two. I said that's fine I'll try them on and let them know how I get on. After two weeks the 2 x dresses finally arrived. I contacted them and advise which dress I would keep and which I would send back. I was then advised of the 30-50% fee for restocking on top of paying for the postage. I have no issue paying for the postage I think that is fair, however, this restocking fee is OUTRAGEOUS. Essentially I ended up paying £50 to return a £100 dress that they can resell for full price. I will not be using this company again. Update 1 month after return: Return was posted as per their advise and never made it through customs. I put the address and everything as per instruction. Guess I will be recieving no refund whatsoever.
