We do want to clarify a couple of important points: formulations can vary by patient and by prescription, and adding B12 does not inherently make a medication “weaker” or “stronger.” The medication dispensed through our pharmacy partners is prepared by licensed pharmacies based on a provider’s prescription and is intended to meet established quality standards. Because everyone’s response can differ, some patients may notice changes when switching sources, dosing, or administration routines. That said, your experience matters to us. We're sorry you felt like the medication was ineffective for you, as your prescriber our goal is always to support your health and wellness! Please message your provider in the patient portal and we’d be more than happy to assist you with your brand name request.

Our posted prices are designed to be transparent and inclusive of the medication component through our partner pharmacies, and we work continuously behind the scenes to keep costs as low as possible while maintaining quality and safety standards. That said, pricing can feel different depending on factors like dose, medication type, pharmacy selection, and what another provider’s quote does (or doesn’t) include.
