Terrible products. The material is like plastic and not linen. Size S is like Size L. I tried to return the products but have to pay to return it. I bought 3 dresses worth close to $300 and now I cannot get my money back. So PLEASE DO NOT purchase any items from this company.

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht und fassungslos über den Kundenservice dieses Shops. Ich habe hier einen Overall bestellt. Auf ausdrücklichen Vorschlag des Shops selbst habe ich diesen Artikel schliesslich retourniert. Per E-Mail wurde mir die Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrags explizit und schriftlich zugesichert.Das Paket ist längst angekommen, aber mein Geld habe ich bis heute nicht wiedergesehen! Seit Wochen versuche ich nun auf allen Kanälen jemanden zu erreichen. Meine Nachrichten werden komplett ignoriert, der Support stellt sich absolut tot.Absprachen werden hier nicht eingehalten und der Kundenservice ist schlicht nicht existent, sobald es um Rückzahlungen geht. Ich kann nur jedem dringend von einem Kauf abraten. Wer hier retourniert, läuft Gefahr, sowohl die Ware als auch sein Geld zu verlieren!

A fuir! Je n'ai jamais été remboursée, alors que je leurs ai renvoyé les articles (Frais d'envoi à ma charge). Ils ne répondent même plus aux nombreux mails envoyés. Des voleurs. Environ 80€ de perdus. Honteux.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The dress I received looked nothing like the product advertised on the website, and I waited more than two months for delivery. When it finally arrived, the dress had black stains and was not in acceptable condition. I promptly requested a full refund, but the company has refused to issue one. I have also identified three different U.S. addresses associated with the company, yet I am being instructed to return the item to China. This raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices and the information provided to customers. I have retained all documentation, including photographs of the damaged item, order information, shipping details, and my communications with the company. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and appropriate consumer-protection agencies and will continue pursuing the matter until it is properly resolved. I strongly advise consumers to exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with them.

I ordered two dresses, one arrived and unfortunately didn't fit, while the other still hasn't arrived and I have received no updates about its status. I want to return the dress that arrived but they are asking me to ship it all the way back to China at my own expense even though they sell and operate in the U.S. They are also refusing to give me a refund and have given no information about the second dress, Poor quality clothing feel very low quality, DON'T BUY from them, You'll only end up with a headache and lose your money. ***Their public response is total BS. Zero solutions, no refund, just endless excuses and delays. This is an absolute fraud***

Update: order number 102160 8/12/26 Having corresponded with them several times since immediately after my purchase, and having requested several times a refund, and … since to this day, there’s been no shipment, I wrote again yesterday to which I was informed, I’m past the window of requesting a refund. Bottom line: they steal shipping money, have no intention of processing an order, and never give a shipping date! This should have been received within 7-10 days. Do not purchase from here! I placed an order for a dress on July 30th, that I also paid expedited shipment for. The order has not even been processed much less shipped and writing to them telling them I need it by July 16th was only met with “we will issue a refund on the shipping if you don’t get it on time” — except the letter explained I was leaving for an event on this date that I’d intended to wear the dress! They completely ignored that dress was no longer of value if it didn’t get here in time. Regardless how often I write, they ignore the request for an immediate full refund! Don’t trust them. Don’t order from here. Let my $76 lesson be a lesson that doesn’t also cost you!!!

People don't buy from that company Horrible quality like plastic material. Plus I emailed no answer 😕 Picks are different what u get at home. I spent 99 dollars

They are thieves I am still waiting for my refund no communication from you guys at all after promising that you will refund me 40% what I’ve paid and keep that garbage you call a dress
