I purchased clothing from Lavechic, but the quality of the items was extremely poor and not as advertised. After contacting customer service, we mutually agreed on a refund. However, despite their agreement, the refund was never processed and communication stopped. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of basic customer service. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution when ordering from this store

I have place a order. They only responded once. The item was a 80.00 dress. Placed order 10 days ago and still no tracking number and they don't have a working number. Don't order anything from this company

This company is in china and product quality of what I ordered is very poor. I am so disappointed as they would not refund me my money and asked for more money to send something else and I stupidly did it and after 2 months I have not received the item so £73 later I am still without a dress for a wedding and nothing to show for it either

This company needs to go out of business ASAP. They need to not be able to advertise NOTHING in these US. No need of me repeating what others already stated because the dress I ordered had raveled strings everywhere. What others have stated is the absolute truth.
