Wrong item delivered. Ordered 3 dresses, all 3 were, different products. Seller offered only 55% refund — unacceptable. Awaiting full refund Have had a huge email chain back and forth with the seller. They wasted my time with partial refunds and telling me that I had to pay return postage.

Terrible experience! The dress I received looked nothing like the photos and was very poor quality. The company was rude, even emailing me “MDZZ” (a Chinese insult). Thankfully PayPal refunded me, but I would never recommend buying from them.

SO DISAPPOINTED - The outfit looked nothing like the advertised photo, the material is extremely cheap and the fit was awful - So bad it's laughable, irritated that I wasted my time buying it and now I have to return it. DO NOT PURCHASE from here, it's awful quality

The whole process was a SCAM. I ordered the dress, did get an email. Trying to track the package was disaster as it said page does not exist , somehow figured out to get to it!! The delay i getting the package does not match what the timeliness is on their website. When I reviewed the dress, it was awful, the material, the design, no labels or how to return. I had to email as when I saw the response, literally theu must as well should have kept the money!! My loss as agreed to keep the damn dress and get a 30% off voucher. , I'm afrasid it went straight to the bin, it's a very horrible dress, compared to what I saw on the model and the material is absolutely appalling. I wouldn't recommend and don't know how anyone could even give it 5 stars. Its like some child sew the dress..HORRIBLE!

I placed an order a month ago and I was sent the wrong dress. After a bunch of back and forth I was told she could give me 30% of my money and a 30% to order another dress. I just took it because I thought it was an honest mistake. I go and place another order and they sent me the wrong dress AGAIN. I reached out and I was told I have to pay 20.00 for them to ship the correct dress because they are a small business. Are you kidding me?? Twice in a row they sent the wrong dress and they expect me to pay more because they’re not competent enough to check that the order is correct before mailing it out ?! The company is a complete fraud. Buyer beware!!!

This is a scam website. Their clothes are the same as the clothes from another store called Modesees. They have stolen the photos. They cost $100 more in Modesees.
