The product (14K white gold replacement earring back) is nice however it did not fit the earring. The insert hole is small.
Response from Lavari JewelersAug 25, 2020
Hi Tania, We are sorry the item did not work out as intended. Please contact us to help make it right. Our earring backs fit earrings with a 5-6mm diameter post (industry standard). Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to initiate a return.
