The company is going back into the policy they originally had when I purchased the wrong for lifetime warranty ! If had to get a replacement yearly because it’s thin and flimsy — the policy was to mail back the original piece but not they are saying it’s a ONCE in a lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty has always meant that the product is eligible for one repair or one replacement during the lifetime of the product, whether that's one year or 20 years after the purchase date. It was never intended to provide unlimited replacements for the lifetime of the customer. Once that repair or replacement has been provided, the warranty has been fulfilled. Although we've already provided you with multiple complimentary replacements, we're happy to extend one final replacement as a courtesy. Once we receive the damaged piece, we'll process and ship your replacement.
