The reason that I only gave 2 Stars is…
The reason that I only gave 2 Stars is because the products which is a 14k nose stud was too flimsy and thin. I was also given a promo code to use on my next purchase but that didn’t work and was given a 25% code also but didn’t work either. Very disappointed!
Response from Lavari JewelersJul 7, 2020
Hi Gnanh, I am sorry that the nose ring was not to your liking. I took at your coupon code for 25% off that was provided to you by customer support. It looks like it was set up so that it would not be applied to sales items (we were in the middle of our Independence Day promotion at the time of this review). If you contact us at [email protected] we will be happy to ensure that your coupon code is working properly.
