Carrier's website displays that they succeeded to deliver this order to your address on August 18th. If your still have not received it, please help us contact carrier to rectify the issue.

Hi Nick, Regarding our dimensions, the size chart and also material did clearly mention in the description so we cannot accept a return item when we delivered the correct size. Moreover, the accepted size disparity is about 0,4 to 1,2 inches so we cannot support to exchange the new item. Please accept our sincerest apologies that your experience was anything less than you should expect from our store.
