LavaclothinReviews of lavaclothin.com

I ordered a dress on the 17th March and it still hasn't arrived. I should have read the reviews. No correspondence or update from the company. Very disappointing.

Poor quality service, I am trying to return the dresses but no information is available. They offered me a combo with 3 dresses for around £60. however, 1) the order took weeks to arrive, 2) they sent 2 dresses in the same color 3) the sizes were not true (too big), 4) poor quality fabric, 5) no return service is available Think twice before the purchase

Awful experience for me!!!!! I order a dress a month ago and they lost my parcel. I’m trying to connect with someone but no response. I pay extra for shipping insurance but anyway they’re scammers!!!!

Ordered a dress, received a confirmation via the shop app. I sent them a message asking if it would arrive before the 28th June (ordered on the 7th) it’s labelled as ready to ship but received no contact from the company and to be honest I wished I’d read reviews before. Have now had to request a refund

I got scammed out of 90$ for two pairs of jeans I emailed them for a refund and got no response the website has been deleted they are scamming people

I ordered Hello Kitty flip flops. The order was cancelled without an explanation and I still haven't gotten my money back. This shop is a scam! Don't order from there.

Me Again… Update …. Had a message to say refund sent. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 It wasn’t.

Ordered a top, with postage cost £25. Never received to the day, despite a number of emails to the company I’ve had no response!
