I love the concept of having a voice if I'm in need of medical treatment, but the bangle bracelet left a little to be desired. It's attractive for what it is, but the fit is not so good. Loose enough to continue to flip over, and if you attempt to squeeze closed somewhat, then you have the problem of removing it. It is as shown in pictures, my bad choice.
