I wrote a review for their site, but apparently they only post 5 star reviews. Their jewelry is not quality for the price. If you measure the way they tell you to, the bracelet will be too small with no give. They do not stretch as advertised. You can not shower in them. No body wash, no time in water or soap. It has to be removed each time you shower and getting it back on requires 2 people. There is a cost to exchange. They sent me an extra clasp to make it easier to put on, but I need to buy some jeweler's tools to put it on without tearing it up. I don't even think the extra clasp is going to help. I am not pleased with my purchase and I am out of almost 200 dollars. I don't know about other companies that make medical ID bracelets, but I won't be buying from this company again. Don't let the all 5 star reviews on the site fool you.

Product is so cheap, a strong wind would bend the metal. $50. for junk and they don't refund. DO NOT BUY

The medical ID dog tag I ordered didn't last. The waterproofing came out just outside of the 1 year warranty window. The thing that made me give it a 1 star is that the company didn't respond when i reached out to them regarding the issue. The company is very good at taking your money but has terrible customer service and no integrity. Beware!

I was searching for medical bracelets. Came across this website. I found one that I like. I chose the engraving and proceeded to check out. I realized maybe it was too expensive for a medical bracelet and chose not to buy it. I checked my credit card statement to pay it off. There was a charge and a chargeback on my credit card! Don’t trust this website.

I purchased one of their rhinestone tennis bracelets and it broke within months of having it. They quickly replaced it because I was traveling to London. I wore it on the plane and when I landed, I took my coat off and the new one also broke. VERY poor quality for such an expensive item. When I reached out again they would only replace it with a cheaper "more durable" model and essentially blamed me for the bracelets breaking as if sitting on a flight for 7 hours was too rigorous. The more durable option broke as well. I wanted to leave this review because I left reviews on their website for that specific bracelet and they did not post them. I tried 3 times and confirmed I was a verified buyer. It has mostly 5 star ratings and nothing below 4, but it's because they don't post the honest, negative reviews about the quality of their items. A medical alert item should be of good quality. People's lives literally depend on them.

I paid $143 for a “rhinestone” silver bracelet. One would think that would buy you sterling silver. Nope, it tarnished within a month. I wrote to complain and they sent me a link to “exchange” for stainless steel, unbelievable. However, I contacted them four more times to at least get some type of bracelet and they have ignored every single one of my messages, including the one where I said I’d smear their name, so here goes….

Well, I got my first bracelet, and the engraving was super shallow and WRONG. I messaged, explaining that I was only able to get this bc of a health spending card, im broke. They said the best they could do was give 30% off (which is already on the website)...maybe thought it was my fault, I got another one.... the SECOND ENGRAVING WAS WRONG. Not only that, ive only had it for a few months and its already brown and tarnished, looks incredibly cheap for being almost $200... The fact they dont do anything refunds/returns kind of shows they know its not worth it...
