Laurel Mountain retreat was the perfect stay for our getaway to Asheville. Easy location to find and far enough away where you felt out of the city but close enough to Uber in when you want! The cabin had everything we needed for a great stay!

Cabin was beautiful we had a great stay!

My husband and I stayed in the Evergreen Cabin at Laurel Mountain Retreat. It was wonderful. The cabin is small and intimate and great for a long weekend away. Fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, couch and easy chair and a kitchen with everything that you need means you only need to bring yourself. From mornings enjoying coffee/tea on the porch watching deer meander by to evenings spent relaxing by the gas fireplace, it doesn't get much better. Fast WIFI along with multiple music channels on the cable TV a plus. The owner was very responsive when there was an issue with the TV, and talked us through the reset of the cable.

We had a great time at Laurel Mountain! The owners were very responsive to the few questions we had. The cabin (Elk Path) was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I spent Christmas at the cabin with our dog. Because of COVID, we were not able to go to Oregon to spend it with our family so we decided to change it up and go somewhere. We had the BEST time and it exceeded our expectations - even started snowing Christmas Eve night and we had a white Christmas! The cabin was extremely clean and as there are only 4 cabins, very quiet and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to find a quiet getaway but not far from Asheville. Also, we left a personal item there and they were kind enough to ship it to us and didn't even take the shipping cost from our deposit. Very sweet people with great customer service. You will not be disappointed.

Owner was very responsive to any questions prior and while staying at cabin. Cabin was clean and very accommodating and great location central to skiing at Ride the Wolf and Asheville. Highly recommend!
