This was our 2nd time staying at the Laurel Mountains Retreat. We love how relaxing and peaceful the area is. We love the Jacuzzi and like sitting on the porch sipping coffee in the mornings and feeling the crispness. Location is key for us when we travel by car for 10+ hours. This place is central to so many places in the Smokey Mountains you want to get to. Biltmore Hotel, Omni Grove Sunset Terrace. Bryson City is only an hour away to ride the Polar Express train with all the Christmas deco and shops in downtown. The cabin was spotless clean, and cozy. The fireplace came in handy and added a nice ambiance. All the added touches that the owners do to make your stay enjoyable don't go unseen. We did have Direct TV go out but not for long, once I called Ben, he was on it to get it resolved. We look forward to our next trip back to Weaverville.

We rented Red Bird and eloped. We needed a witness and Lisa came down to be our witness. I’ve stayed here before and can’t say enough good things about the cabins and the owners! We can’t wait to go back!

Super clean, cute & cozy!

Fantastic cabin. Location was convenient to all attractions, restaurants and shops. Cabin was clean and well equipped. So relaxing to sit by the fireplace or on the porch swing. Definitely going back.

The cabin is very nice and location is great getting into Asheville. Made for a great weekend stay.
