Communication is key in this industry. These folks have been crystal clear on what they offer, they provide excellent prices and they DONT disappear after the sale. Ive done business with them repeatedly to the extent that i have the confidence to close my eyes and purchase. Buying a scan tool is one thing, having the peace of mind that I'm getting the best bang for buck and I'm not going to be left hanging if something goes wrong, invariably if its your first high level tool, or even just your first foray into the industry, launchx431 always pulls through. I can't understate how worthwhile it is to work with these fine folks.

I would recommend this website to both shop and at home mechanics. They sell a wide range of scanners that anyone with a little bit of mechanical knowledge can use. Customer support has always been great when I have needed anything as well.

Seller was helpful, bought the crp919xbt, product works as advertised, very new model, new technology, quick processor indeed. Will definitely purchase more products from seller in the future.

Love the product and product support! I use this for diagnostics on ford diesels daily, and have been very impressed! When my update was due this year they made it very easy, and guided me through the steps to make it happen! Thanks Again!

Great products and Great support. Will definitely use them again

I purchased an Launch X431 based in part on the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. After requesting a return, the process became extremely difficult and unnecessarily drawn out. Communication from customer service was slow, inconsistent, and felt more focused on delaying the return than resolving it. I submitted a request form on the webpage, emailed the request to their service@launchx431online email address, and also attempted contacting them via their WhatsApp contact, with no response. Overall, the experience was frustrating and left me with very little confidence in the company’s customer support or return policy.

I’m really impressed with the Launch X431 scan tool. It connects to a wide range of vehicles and the features are very versatile, making diagnostics much easier and quicker than previous scanners I have used. The built-in DTC search over WiFi is really handy too so you don't need to have multiple devices on hand. It comes with a solid carry case to protect it when travelling or in the workplace. The 2 years of free updates are a big bonus as well. Customer service was brilliant from start to finish, with a simple ordering process and helpful guidance available when setting the device up. Overall, it’s a great tool and I’d struggle without it. 👍

The LAUNCH X431 is a great diagnostic tool with excellent vehicle coverage and fast communication speed. It’s very easy to use, supports a wide range of vehicles, and the ECU coding and live data functions work flawlessly. The integrated 16-pin connector saves a lot of time, and makes it pretty much fool proof to use. The 24V capability is an awesome bonus for working on commercial vehicles. On top of that, the customer service is excellent — very responsive, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend it for any workshop, shade tree mechanic or professional technician!
