Purchased the Launch X431 PRO3 V+ Elite Diagnostic Scanner J2534. Have had nothing but disappointment with its capabilities. This unit does not truly work as advertised. The software does not hand shake effectively as claimed and does not perform read write capabilities of ECM's or other modules on a 2013 Land Rover. I've submitted a RMA request but I get zero response from the company. If no response by end of the week I'm going to proceed with a claim via credit card company. As a follow up. I ended up having to contact my Credit Card company and they without hesitation credited back my purchase and have been assisting in getting this product returned. Just an overall poor experience.

I canceled the order 1 hour after paying because I noticed I ordered the wrong item. 20 hours later everything was shipped, no response from support... now I have to deal with the return protocol

Autel offers a great set of universal TPMS sensors. I needed a full 4-pack, and these Autel MX Sensors made the job much easier (plus shipping was quick)! The 315MHz and 433MHz compatibility is a big plus, especially if you work on different vehicles or want to avoid ordering the wrong sensors. It was a clean install, setup without any issues (using a compatible TPMS tool), and started reading properly right away. Everything feels solid and well made, and the press-in fit is secure. Overall, this is a dependable kit at a good value, and I would highly recommend!
