Horrible servicio. No se completo el pedido el día acordado (siendo que se hizo la orden antes de las 12:00 PM local) y dando permiso para que la orden se completara al siguiente día, tampoco completaron el envío. Lo peor es que ellos confirmaron la entrega del pedido, lo cual no era cierto. He solicitado el reembolso repetidas veces pero la atención al cliente es muy lenta.

I ordered the flowers at 11:00 a.m. Mexico time and they were delivered within 4 hours!!! The lady who received the flowers said they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you SO much for the great service, and product. Would highly recommend LatinFlores - I will be back for sure.

Terrible service. I ordered flowers 2 weeks before my daughters birthday and paid for them through their web site. They were being delivered in Mexico. I had emails confirming everything was fine and being processed, then on the day of her birthday they sent me an email requesting a further 30 usd as they couldn’t deliver them without this. Really disappointing, apparently their own web site offers flowers at the wrong price , that can’t be delivered. I wouldn’t use them or recommend them.

É GOLPE!!! Comprei um buquê para enviar no México e fiz o pagamento conforme o valor cobrado no site. Posteriormente, me enviaram um email dizendo que o buquê que comprei não tinha em estoque. Depois pedindo para pagar mais uma taxa de U$20 ou fariam o reembolso. Pedi o reembolso e nunca mais vi a cor do meu dinheiro. Mando email, mensagens, ligo e não me respondem!!!
