Esperienza pessima. Aggiornamento del 23/03/2025. Rimborso ricevuto. Ho modificato la valutazione. Grazie. Saluti.

A great experience, ordering flowers from New York City for a close friend visiting Cali. Everything was efficient, economical and convenient. Most of all, the beautiful roses were delivered promptly, and the recipient was delighted. Thank you, LatinFlores.

I ordered flowers for San Javier/San Xavier in Bolivia (Department Santa Cruz), I already found it interesting the charging of more than about 12% for the delivery when I ordered, but I accepted as I wanted to send my fiancee flowers for her birthday. Later they came around argumenting the city were a remote location and wanted to charge me 50 US$ extra which, with the already charged delivery fee, would comprise far more than 75% (!) of the product's value. This is very close to usury, completely unacceptable and not a serious business behaviour. At least I am about to get my money refunded as far as they wrote (...).
Response from LatinFlores.comJan 30, 2025
Dear K. R. We inform you that as we informed you via email, your order was to be delivered outside the city of Santa Cruz where we do not deliver because it is a 4-hour trip and we offered (not demanded) to deliver your order if you agreed but you had to pay the shipping cost for the distance. Given your response that you did not want to pay the additional fee, your purchase will be refunded. As you can see, it is neither usury nor bad intentions on our part. Sincerely, Quality and Customer Service Team, Latinflores.com

Very good service! I’m really satisfied with everything. They made a nice bouquet and a package for sweets was so beautiful. Vase for flowers is a good idea! There were no problems with delivery. I recommend this shop. Thank you very much!
