Ive booked some flights to London. At the time of payment, exactly when i cliked the pay button, the price went up and they charge me more like 150€. They basicly added the insurance at the last second. I complained and got a refund. No ive been trying to change my flights from London in december, to paris in april. It as been an epic Journey. I go online and change the dates. Arroun 12h latwr i get an email with a proposal it doesn't matter if i click accept or reject, i get an error message. I é been trying to get a specific flight back, but i keep on gwttin different e-mails, some of them still with London as a destination, instead of Paris. I have to call them every time. Som aguenta are polite, others are just ruude. Over the phone they say everything is ok and i should get a call from them very soon... My flight is tomorrow and i still havent solved this... Useless company, no customer support. They basicly just want your money and that is it. Stay awat if possible. Also this is part of lastminute.Com UPDATE: They called me 24h prior to the flight. Phone ranged 3 times, i didnt get there in time. Tried to call back and it was allways busy. Got an email from them, saying that i would have to start the process again. Did that. Waited for a call, nothing. Called them again and was told to deal with the airline directly.... WHAT IS THIS?!!?!?

Customer service number unavailable. Having tried for a couple of days and having made over 100 calls to the customer service number to endeavour to rearrange travel from a red list country, now frustrated and about to be out of pocket too! Usually a satisfactory mid tier agency, but be mindful Lastminute struggle to cope when travellers may need them the most.

I was charged £120 on my Amazon Mastercard for a lastminute.com hotel booking I had not made . I immediately contacted Amazon who explained that I needed to contact the company who had charged me, lastminute.com. I contacted lastminute.com several days ago and have heard nothing. I strongly advise anyone reading my review to think twice about using them as they are disorganised and very poor communicators.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. I ATTEMPTED TO BOOK A HOTEL ROOM AND MY DEBIT CARD WAS DECLINED SO I DID IT AGAIN BECAUSE I KNEW I HAD THE MONEY. DELCINED AGAIN. I CHECKED MY BANK STATEMENT AND THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT FROM WELLSFARGO, 2 CHARGES. I NEVER RECEIVED THE HOTEL BOOKING AND THIS COMPANY FALSIFIED MY SIGNATURE AS PROOF I STAYED AT THE HOTEL. THE HOTEL WROTE A LETTER ON BEHALF TO MY BANK STATING I HAD NEVER HAD A RESERVATION AT THE HOTEL , STAYED THERE OR EVER HAD A FINANCIAL TRANSACTION WITH THE HOTEL. WELLSFARGO REFUSED MY DOCUMENTATION AS PROOF AND BELIEVED LAST MINUTE TRAVEL. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE last minute! They do not confirm your flights instantly like other companies, so by the time they get round to booking them the seats are gone!!!! As happened in our case, go direct with the airline and get instant confirmation! These people are not transparent about their processes as when you send your money you care only sending a booking request NOT confirming a booking! BEWARE

I will never use a travel agent again. Have been booking directly with airline for last two years. Lying parasites.

To fully understand the context of how terrible "Last Minute Travel" is please see the review I wrote for the "hotel" they book for me. Please note that after this experience, I had the displeasure of dealing with them once again to try and track down a refund. Well, firstly it takes no less than an hour to talk to a customer service rep, which is some call center they outsource to India. They conveyed to me not once, but twice that they had issued me a refund after this experience. They lied, so I filed a dispute with my bank. Turns out I lost the dispute on the basis that"they don't issue refunds under any circumstances". I will now be reporting these scam artists to the the Better Business Bureau. They apprently have no idea the sorts of establishments they are setting their customers up with nor do they care apparently. If I could give this motel -10 stars I honestly would. Where do we even start? Perhaps we can with the toothless prostitutes and other shady and unsavory characters that were roaming the halls and loitering outside? (we saw that a giant rock was placed between the side door propping it up for partygoers to come and go as they pleased). Maybe then we can talk about the avuncular stench of urine and funk that started in the common areas and ended in our room. I heard so many other guests vocalize the same complaints directly to staff. It was so bad that in spite of it being 11 PM and having nowhere else do go, we almost decided to sleep in our car. But we stayed - BIG MISTAKE. The next day as my fiance is in the bathroom and I amn on the bed, I hear a MASSIVE commotion in the bathroom. Upon entering, I literally see the ENTIRE ceiling of the shower has collapsed. There is debris and asbestos looking material EVERYWHERE. IT WAS UTTERLY disgusting and alarming and the cherry on top. Of course we got ample video and photo evidence which sent shockwaves through everyone. We then go downstairs and tell them we are leaving and that we DEMAND a refund. They wanted to put us in a different room, ARE YOU KIDDING?! Needless to say, they were pretty eager to issue a refund but claimed they had a process for all this and blah blah blah. We then leave but not before the police show up responding to a call about a strong arm robbery in the parking lot - PAR FOR THE COURSE. Well long story short, the refund was a TOTAL clown show since we booked it through a 3rd party - ALSO A TERRIBLE SCAM (Last Minute Travel). They totally lied. They said they would refund the money after 10 business days, waited 13 never got the credit back. Called in again (takes 30 minutes to speak to corporate) - also LIED again and said they did refund it. Had to dispute the charge with my bank only to find out months later I lost the case as they said "we don't issue refunds because it is through a 3rd party). " Now, I will be reporting both these companies to the Better Business Bureau and doing my best to expose their lies and thievery to my family and friends and to the general public at large. STAY AWAY LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT BECAUSE IT VERY WELL MAY !

As others have said, LM customer service won't do anything except acknowledge your request. I needed to delay a departure date due to Covid and they just kept delaying until the point it was too late and more costly to make changes. Funny how they give you access to make the booking but not to amend it. Maybe because they want to charge more money for late changes. Be very careful and please note that some holidays supplied on the Booking.com site are actually supplied by Lastminute.
