I would never never use this company again. Their holidays include fights without bags and I asked about about this when I booked. I was assured that I could add them with an email that was sent after the booking. In fact this was not the case and the only way to add bags on the flight was on check in and on the return at the airport at very high price. I do not like being so misled by a company. There customer service is terrible I think run out of India. I also found that their systems for payment are faulty and If you get a payment rejected (by their faulty systems) after the deposit then they will cancel the trip and retain your deposit in 2 days and may not tell you about the issue until too late to resolve and you have to talk to folks that hardly speak english... never again. I found that if I booked the hotel directly and a flight directly it was lower cost that booking with them and receiving the extra charges

I am going away in five days and I am unable to check in on Ryan air or allow last minute.com to check me in. I worried we will not be able to travel and there is NO-ONE to speak with directly about this. I wish I had never booked with them. No response to email at last minute.com either or help at live chat.

Scam! They sell single rooms as doubles and the hotels say 5* but are not- This is the sites rating no way five star- avoid this company scam Holidays poor quality and use customer services companies based aboard - golden bay hotel- falling apart AVOID THEM !

Don’t ever travel with this company!! I paid so many money for nothing! I rented a car from them and when I get to Spain they said I could not get the car before I paid 7000 dkk?! I already paid and tried to call last minute but they didn’t answer and I did not get the car, I paid 1500 dkk and they said I could not get my money back, there after I paid so many money for taxi because I didn’t get the car!!! Pas på med dette rejse selskab , de hjælper dig ikke hvis du ikke får det som du et lovet på din rejse , virkelig ikke anbefales !!! Rejser aldrig med dette selskab igen.. bare en advarsel til dem som læser dette!!

Booked our trip to ICELAND using lastminute.com, we booked flights with accommodation and hire car. That's where we went wrong straight away. The flights through easy jet were spot on. The car hire was the first hurdle. We arrived, filled out the documents then to be told it was £2500.00 safety deposit. I didn't have that amount on my credit card nor was I expecting to pay such a large fee. We then took out their insurance policy costing me £145.00 to get round such a ridiculously high fee. I'm sure if I ever get a refund for that through lastminute they will give me all of £20.00. We then arrive at the self check in hotel where we had no code for the garage or entry to the bulding/room. Lastminute booked it using Expedia on our behalf and never set up the emails to come through to us. After a painful 30-45 minutes we had our access code. I couldn't believe they can book through another 3rd party on our behalf and not directly. SHOCKING. NEVER USING AGAIN!

Pleased do not book with this company, totally unreliable, so un helpful, all they want is to take your money and not give you your holiday. Worst company I have ever booked with
