I should have read other reviews! Completely dishonest company with terrible customer service!!! I paid for a flight but because they had the name incorrect,I could not get the ticket!!! I had to purchase another round-trip ticket!!!!!!! Last-minute travel offered no support and no refund! After multiple calls and emails, they told me there is nothing they will do! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Terrible company! Please do yourself a favor and use another company! I paid for a weekend in Orlando, got my confirmation and when I got to the hotel no reservation (10/18) and it was already paid in full. The hotel showed me the emails they sent to LMTD and no one called me! I was stranded in Orlando at 10 PM with a 5 y/o. I called them they said they will call me back in 1 hr with a new hotel. They never called, they sent me an email at 1pm on 10/19 with a hotel and the address was in Las Vegas! They just don’t care about their customers. They used to be good but no more!

After an earlier review I had a response from Last Minute on 21 August, promising feedback on the issue I raised within 28 days. Well it's now 29 September and still I have heard nothing. Only another 2 months before the first anniversary of my mother's death which caused the problem with my short break!

Awful awful company policy and definitely not deals but expenses, expenses expenses, when I asked about an additional luggage, they send me the Turkish airlines and British Airways numbers to contact them directly in Germany, funny funny funny. It took me 3 weeks to get another outbound ticket as I decided to stay more in South Africa, please if you dear your brain and nerves just don’t. And if you want to get some assistance then you have only to send them email on full flex customer care email, otherwise it’s just ignored

I used the sham of a company to book a reservation for a conference in Washington DC. Not only did they charge me twice, but after reporting the extra charge, they just canceled my reservation without even telling me. I found out when I tried to check in to my hotel and they didn't have any reservation in my name. When I called the company to ask them to right the wrong, they basically said "not our problem", refused to help at all and left me stranded without a room. Words cannot express how livid I was after they refused to even help me find another place to stay. Avoid this company. Tell your family and friends to avoid this company. They will steal your money, ruin your trip and refuse to do anything helpful whatsoever.

I had a terrible expierience with last minute.com.Found a really good rate for hotel in krakow,understood mistake rates can be cancelled so I phoned them up to confirm the rate was correct and was a assured by sales adviser it was correct and proceeded to book it in good faith only to recieve a cancellation email yesterday which was 3 weeks after I was assured it was a correct price.I phoned customer services but they were rude and totally unhelpful and hid behind the terms and conditions applicable to pricing errors.In the meantime I have booked flights at an expense to myself ,which I would never have done if the price of hotel had not been confirmed as correct.I have emailed the CEO of last minute requesting a goodwill gesture on the company’s behalf as I feel I have been misled.i feel the terms and conditions are unreasonable on this occasion as I did all I could to establish that the price being offered to purchase the hotel was correct.I have used last minute regularly in the past with no complaints ,but I could not recommend them to anybody else after this incident as I feel they are not an honourable company who do not honour there side of the deal.

beaucoup trop cher last minute, on croit faire des économies mais il n'en ai rien. Je me suis rendu compte trop tard,! que pour le même voyage, même compagnie aérienne même hotel, j'ai payé le double carrément,Y a meilleur temps pour les billets d'avion, de reserver directement avec la compagnie aérienne, et de passer par booking.com, ou passer directement par le site de l'hotel, vous allez économiser bcp d'argent.A fuir!!

I wish you could give less than one stars. Booked a hotel, which is a process of last minute travel taking your card info, getting you a room (not that much cheaper than what you can find direct from the hotel themselves) and then they are supposed to pay the hotel for the room. Well day of stay the hotel calls me in the morning when they are running cards, LastMinuteTravel's card declined so I paid direct with my card and had to fight with LastMinuteTravel to get my card refunded for the charge they put to it. Not something you want to deal with on a travel day. Poor, non-functioning service.
