DON'T BOOK YOUR FLIGHT TICKET IN Last Minute Travel. Ever. I will strongly recommend all customers NOT TO USE Last Minute Travel (& BravoFly) from buying flight tickets. I had booked my flight from SGN to CPH which was cancelled due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. I have been trying several times to contact BravoFly Customer Service to refound my ticket without luck. They will NOT inform any phone no. none whatsoever. The best advice is to book your flight ticket DIRECTLY (if possible) from the recognized flight companies such as Qatar Airways, Emirates, Lufthansa, KLM, SAS, etc. Another advice is to CALL the Customer Service to get a dedicated phone contact no. BEFORE finalizing your booking.

Irst When I booked my trip I was clear when I spoke with the operator I told him I making a reservations from usa and I paid with us dollar so it's not my fault if somebody didn't a right job so I don't want loose my money and I'll keep writing bad reviews and I'll talk with a lawyer to get my money back.ill writing down all my bad experiences with your company that trip was a nightmare for me and my family.my kids sleep in the hotel sofa for 3 h because your company not paid that hotel and now you tell me bul shi about your policy!?

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!! We have made so many complaints and last minute keeps ignoring us and saying it’s not their fault. I traveled to Barcelona last month , when booking with last minute they recommended this shuttle transfer company, I trusted them and booked them. On the way back to the airport the shuttle bus driver stole my bag! He gave me stupid reasons saying that someone jumped on the bus while driving on the motorway and they took my bag. This is disgusting! The company said that it is not their fault that someone stole my bag and that it was mine! I cannot get in contact with last minute because their costumer service is absolutely appalling! I am not gonna give up on this case because I deserve my money back. My bag was very expensive and I had very valuable things inside! I need this to be resolved now! Either last minute give my money back or the shuttle transfer company! I am never travelling with this horrible and stupid company again!

Terible!!!!!! lastminute.com today llave me on street whit out hotel in Dubai 15:00pm they said gona call me in one hour time now it 23:00 i still ehit out answers it something like in horror movie!!!!!!!!!! I ndver ever no gona use this company again
