We have been trying to get our money back from this company since June. No one can afford to lose hundreds and hundreds of pounds but I’d been hoping to take my wife on a few days holiday in scotland because she has a tumour on her kidney and is now quite unwell. I feel that last minute don’t care one jot about our situation and it seems the only Avenue open now is legal action and involving the press. It’s absolutely scandalous.

Huge scam that google allows. They do not make any reservation and just take your money. DO NOT USE THIS.

Is there a class action lawsuit yet? This company shouldn't be allowed to operate. AVOID!! NOT WORTH THE RISK!!! We should have come to Trustpilot before booking. Lastminute seemed like any other portal, but they don't actually book the tickets until the last minute, maybe a good name after all? For this to work, they would have to book the ticket. We received no notification and the confirmation said everything is fine. We get to the airport and they say that we don't have a connecting flight to our final destination! The check-in helper asked of we had a "travel agent" and when we mentioned that we had booked with Lastminute and immediately said we will need to call them. Needless to say, the customer support didn't answer. We will be stranded in our connecting airport with limited options. All will be at our cost! Refund? Highly unlikely from what we have read. On top of all of this, we had luggage included and when we finally decided to check-in and take our chances in our connecting destination (perhaps rent a car at a cost of more than the flight) the check-in helper said we didn't have luggage! Add another 80€ to this terrible experience! This company needs to be sued! Trustpilot, please add a ZERO star option!! This is one of those rare times with a company is soooo bad, there should be a warning!

Please avoid at all costs. Our tickets were cancelled with back In June with no explanation. We rebooked direct with the same airline as the flights were available but now 13 weeks later still no refunds. All we are getting is your refund will be issued soon. You are risking your money and your trip being ruined by booking with this company.

They cancelled my holiday in April and it’s now September and I’ve still not been refunded my money. Any time I call customer service agents are extremely rude and just tell me to ‘wait’ despite having waited 5 months when by law I should have been refunded within 2 weeks of the cancellation.

Scam and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and sued into oblivion. Booked a hotel through lastminutetravel.com, received confirmation number for booking,, only to show up at the hotel and they don't have my reservation because LMT never sent them one. Called LMT's "emergency line", only for the first person to hang up on me. Called 5 more times and was left on hold for hours and noone ever picked up. Stole $180 from me. Stay far away. This company is an absolute scam.

Booked a hotel. I got to the doorstep of the hotel after traveling across the country and it was closed. I called customer service and they "graciously" waved the cancellation fee and told me that I would receive a full refund. Never received a notification of the hotel closure and received no apology. I was livid, but had no time to argue as I had to make an appointment. They told me it was Google's fault that I was not notified and told me to reach out to them. Dreadful customer service. Will never book again.
