If there were no stars to be given I would give them. I have had no refund since January for a flight which they or carrier cancelled and refund should be processed immediately not 3 months later. Nobody should use these agents at all. They do not respond nor proceed any further.

Booked flights for our trip from sicily in september 2020 only to be cancelled. Got an email saying I could have a voucher or refund, we opted for the refund, but now states that they are waiting for the airline for refund them!!!! You are not able to contact anybody, deadend emails and phone numbers. How is is possible for such a big company to get away with these things, Im now £1000 out of pocket!! I will never use this company every again...

I booked a motel room for 2 nights for $216. When I arrived they couldn't get the number that Last Minute Travel used to(supposedly) protect my information, to work. So after being charged by Lasy Minute, I had to pay off the same card $200+ for a room so I could start my 34 hour reset..being a truck driver. Tried calling customer service with never an answer. Got with Google 1 and supposedly they are working on it. We'll see. Yeah, Last Minute Travel is a scam from the looks of it and considering my experience. Don't know why Google 1 didn't screen them better. Someone should be responsible and give me my money back considering we were scammed through a trusted source. Money is not easy to come by these days and multi million dollar companies need to be held accountable as I'm sure that they've seen warning signs before I used this service.

Paid extra for refund insurance incase I couldn’t go. Ended up not going because of Covid as it was a trip to Manchester at Christmas time. Called to cancel and they said cancel on your online account to get a refund, they said refund was processing for hotels and not flights as I’d have to claim that back through the insurance. Still didn’t get the hotel refund after calling multiple times and the insurance company was awful! Gave me forms to complete as an employee claiming annual leave days?! Called them and last minute to help and no help was given! They didn’t care. So I requested a full travel credit of £344.28 no small print in this and I received and email saying my £91 travel credit has been processed which was obviously not right. I just called last minute and they said it was wrong I could only get £91 as they didn’t get a refund for the flights so neither can I, she kept talking over me etc etc. AWFUL SERVICE!! Do not ever use them! Wish I could give zero stars!!!

I booked a hotel for one night for new years eve 2020. I paid $563 and the confirmation said my booking was confirmed and guaranteed. When I arrived at the hotel I was told no rooms were available. I tried contacting Last Minute travel over and over but no answer. Of course I had to find a different hotel. After the Holidays were over I started calling them again to get a refund starting on January 5th until the 12th. Never got a hold of them. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and the merchant had the nerve to fight me and say I enjoyed the hotel room. So now I have to get a letter from the hotel and go through a second round of disputes.

Had to cancel our trip due to hubby testing positive for covid. Tried to cancel our hotel reservations before the "non-refundable date." However, was not able to access my account on LastMinuteTravel using my email address and the reservation number they provided. Kept getting errors. Tried calling customer service, but the company appears to be based in the UK. Completed a customer service ticket advising them of my issue but was told "they couldn't help me with my issue because they didn't handle that portion of customer service" and was told to seek a "get help" section on their website. On that website, I had to select my country in order to get the right info, but the UNITED STATES is listed--it's only European countries. I call the hotel directly to cancel, but was informed that since I booked through a 3rd party (LastMinuteTravel) that I had to cancel through them. UGH! Got the complete runaround and now we're out $202. LASTMINUTETRAVEL is a SCAM!
