Found a hotel in city I was travelling to that evening. Last minute travel popped up with cheap price via Google Travel. Looked legit. All set right? WRONG! Get to hotel at midnight, try to check in, they say they have reservation but the credit card LMT provided to pay for reservation (after charging my credit card) was rejected. Tried to call LMT help number, no one answered. So I had to make and pay for my own reservation at higher rate. Tried calling next day, on hold for 1/2 hour with no pickup. Sent detailed email to LMT asking for refund for my unpaid for reservation, 5 days later no response. Had to call credit card company to dispute charge. TOTAL SCAM! Do not trust these people.

Booked through Google, only to find out it was actually through LMT. After the stay, had separate charges from both LastMinuteTravel and the hotel. Called the hotel to say they shouldn't have charged me, they responded that LMT had not provided payment, so I am responsible and to call LMT. Was on hold for 1/2 hour before having to hang up due to other responsibilities. Surpised that Google allows such a disreputable company operate under their name.

Es una vergüenza lo que hace esta compañía. En nuestro caso después de contratar el servicio de Checkin No problem, para que ellos se encarguen de enviarte las tarjetas de embarque, nos dicen y trasladan desde la App que 12 horas antes del vuelo nos enviarán las tarjetas de embarque y no lo hacen en ningún momento. Pero el caos no acaba ahí! Viendo que no me envían las tarjetas de embarque horas antes del vuelo trato de hacer yo mismo el check in! Cual es mi sorpresa que no hay reservas vinculadas a ese mail. Utilizan un mail ficticio de manera que es imposible que tú lo hagas! Al final para poder viajar he tenido que desembolsar otros 240€ para poder realizar el Check in en el aeropuerto con Ryanair ya que no hacerlo on line te cuesta casi 60€ por pasajero ( 4 pasajeros). Y el problema es que el viaje de vuelta misma situación! Menos mal que en él mostrador de Ryanair me facilitaron el mail ficticio utilizado y pude realizarlo si tener que desembolsar más dinero. Caos absoluto y los llamas y te dan largas y te derivan sin darte soluciones ya que después el viaje de ida los llamé y en la vuelta me pasó exactamente lo mismo. Ahora a pelear el reembolso que por lo que veo será una pérdida de tiempo. No aconsejo esta compañía en absoluto y por supuesto con ellos una y no más

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST! THE WORST! I was booking a flight and clicked on proceed with payment and I was added an insurance I've never even seen in my basked until the last minute. As a European consumer, I know that I have 14 days to change my opinion on any purchase and they give you a number to call and try to cancel, but charge you for it - even if it's within the first 24 hours. HORRIBLE SERVICE, never, never again!

Cancelled my booking only a couple of hours after booking as they said “free cancellation policy”. I received a message saying return of funds being processed, but not received the money. I called the hotel I had cancelled, they said they had not received any money from the company and so lastminute.com holds all of my funds. When I rang them they said they don’t know how long it will be to return my money as the hotel has to give them the money back………but no money was ever sent to the hotel. I am now taking the matter up with my credit card company as this site is obviously fraudulent!

Cancelled hotel reservation I made through this Scam site. The Hotel waived the fee, BUT Last Minute Travel KEPT the money ! BEWARE!

Made a booking on their site with a cancel or modify any time option. 20 minutes after I made the booking I saw that I didn’t have time for a PCR test. Rang them straight away, they said no and sort it with the airline. The airline says sort it with last minute. We’ve told them that we’re travelling to see our mum whom has got only a few months to live. I wish you could be more helpful in getting this refunded, changed or what ever we just need to go on our flight. And with the first booking taking all our savings we don’t have time to wait..
