I bought a 58mm portable portafilter holder and they sent a 51mm one, I sent an email for the return and they never responded. In addition to buying a botomless portafilter that was of the worst qualities, it had mislocated the holes in the filter holder basket. I would never buy more here nor would I recommend doing it

Misleading product description, followed by abysmal customer support and ending with near hostile responses. Will never purchase from this company again.

I ordered the walnut coffee scale, not only did it take 3 weeks to receive my item, it does not work properly. The scale dies after a few minutes of use and it does not allow you to tare the weight to O. Very disappointing

The product took a long time to get to me and when I received it and took it out of the box the screw was stripped, and I could not use it. I threw it out.

I believe many of the positive reviews for this company are fabricated to cover up what seems to be a scam. I placed an order but canceled it after waiting far too long for delivery. Despite my cancellation, they claimed the goods had already been shipped. When I asked for a tracking number, they provided one from a completely different order that only included a single item. This company is highly suspicious—a big SCAM!

This is got to be one of the biggest SHAM operations I have ever seen! nice polished website but wait until you get their products in hand! Absolutely Awful! After a rather large order, once I received my products and realized the dismal quality, I attempted to reach out to ask for a return label. On their website their Return policy is clear as day, stating free returns within 30 days and NO RESTOCKING fee as long as the order is > $100. Instead and in response to my request by email (as directed) they told me it is too expensive to do cross-border returns and they instead will return only 25% of the order. I let them know that this is NOT OK and I want a full refund. They then stated "Can you please send us the products and then we will issue a refund.." but offered no free return label! And now after I send them a screen shot of their own clearly stated policy which allows for free returns, they have ghosted me! Buyer beware! Do NOT buy from this company!

We’re sorry for your experience. At the time of your purchase, our return policy (still available for reference here: https://web.archive.org/web/20250703195208/https://lastaforest.com/policies/refund-policy) required customers to cover return shipping costs. The free-return policy was introduced recently, after your order. We understand this may be disappointing, but we must follow the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

They send me different coffee making set, which of course is cheaper. It took a month to send, not 5-8 business days. I am going to try to get a refund or to somehow fix this, lets see. I am not realy positive about any action from their side. Return will cost me again some money, I guess they are misusing this fact.
