I purchased two items around Christmas 2025 had a bit of delays with customs over the festive season. Fast forward to now start of July 2026 my bottomless portafilter broke one of its ears, emailed about the problem they sent out a new head no question and no form of dismissal of the damage. May be it was a faulty part maybe something wasn’t sat correctly at the time it’s unclear. But great costumer service and communication.
