Both of the items that I ordered (separately) are pure garbage. The bean mister works on occasion and has to be continually charged. The vacuum for cleaning the my single use bean grinder is also a piece of crap with little to no suction. In both cases, I should have ordered similar items from Amazon and not had to wait three weeks for the slow boat from China.

Website pictures are misleading so pay close attention when ordering. The picture shown is not always alligned with the selected product.

Please do not expect a good review until you deliver one of my order item, Mach M8 Hand Crank Espresso Machine - Muvna, it is still missing! Try to find out the spresso machine first.

Horrible!!!! Nobody responds at all.. I’ll report them anywhere I can find

Horrible experience! I ordered a scale and wanted to cancel 10 minutes later but nope!! Nobody helped me at all. Not gonna get something from there again.

Item purchased took over 6 weeks to arrive. Unacceptable. Customer Service was notified numerous times, but was never resolved. Would not recommend.

Honestly the (2nd) worst communication and service i have experienced. Late package. Unclear info. I even had them send two conflicting emails in the same day. Tell me it's available for pick up and then not give the pick up location. Automated slop that is not well maintained.

Los productos no son de la calidad que se espera ya que el precio comparado con otras tiendas donde se ofrecen productos parecidos son mucho más bajos y de mejor calidad me encuentro generando mi devolución espero todo salga bien
