First time to order. 3 products arrived in perfect shape and function as expected. Shipping was fast without any tariff issues. Good value and will use again.

The after-sales service is the best I've found on this type of website for coffee products. Truly excellent. I had a problem with an electronic device, and they fully refunded my money with exquisite service. It's a 100% secure and recommendable website with top-quality products at very competitive prices.

The customer service team is amazing, they responded fast and we're very friendly and helpful.

I ordered the wrong parts apparently, so I mailed them with the issue. They were able to send a offer for a new brewhead, but sadly it didn't fit my style... Overall great service options, quick reply. And great quality equipment

Incredibly good customer service. They went above and beyond when I ran into an issue. I highly recommend this store

The delivery was fast. The quality are great. And innovation... Now where I find this items here in Bahrain or in the world, highly recommended shop. Thanks

Exactly the product i wanted. Quick delivery. Works as expected and even included a magnet mount for any surface. Great Idea. Love it.

I guess this was my 10. Order and it was perfect as all the others. Very good product packed 100% safe and arrived in an appropriate time as it takes from China to Europe.
