Don’t even have the product yet . LS17879 was placed on 10/28/21. Just now got a tracking number and still no activity of its location.

My order was completely wrong
My order was completely wrong. I was so excited and even getting emotional as I opened the package only to see my granddaughters name spelled completely wrong. I was heartbroken. It would have been perfect. My granddaughter name is Dellana. It was supposed to say "Princess Dellana". I am so disappointed. I hope you can make it right and send me the corrected replacement. I did buy a Tumbler for my Mom
