Took too long to ship the order. Not received on time and I repeatedly asked to expedite the shipping or cancel the order. They couldn’t help at all. Once the order is placed, customer service is of no help. I Will not order from them again.

I received the ballerina poster today with a totally different name personalized on it. It appears to be a common problem with this company. I also tried several times to email them, with no response. I also tried to locate a customer service phone number, of course one was not available. The poster itself is nice, but I wish they would have personalized it correctly.

I ordered the ballerina poster personalized as a birthday gift. I made sure the the name was spelled correctly before processing, received it today with a totally different name and it’s not even any name I know. Tried to send an email only to have it say it wasn’t able to send. What the heck!

I have yet to receive a confirmation on delivery of my order although I've written two emails. According to contact information, they ship out of Texas, so it's been over two weeks now and no status update has been provided.
