Absolutely horrible communication and took forever for our fan to arrive at our house. I definitely will not do business with Lasko again.

I am disappointed I've never had a problem with lasko fans until now.one lasted a month and the other one 2 months! I bought them at walmart.i threw the boxes away so they will not do anything.this is just wrong!!

Bought a Lasko Wind Machine fan at Target a year ago and it broke last night. Didn't last one year. Trouble shooting looks like the thermal fuse went out. I spent $55.00 for a product that can't last a year. Trying to get a hold of Lasko but without a warranty looks like I'm out of luck. Don't buy Lasko fans!!

Lakso products are garbage do the picture look old of the fan no because like I said its brand new Wayfair has been exchanging it for the last year BECAUSE ONCE YOU TURN IT OFF AND PRESS A COUPLE OF BUTTONS THIS MACHINE IS FINISH EVEN IF YOU JUST BROUGHT IT BUT WAYFAIR IS A GREAT COMPANY AND ALWAY COMPLY  I WILL BE TRASHING THIS COMPANY PUTTING THE WORD OUT HERE AS TRASH WHAT IS THIS COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES TO ITS PRODUCT  I SEE NONE , I SEND A PICTURE OF THE NEW MACHINE BECAUSE THE RECIPT IS OLD ITS BECAUSE WAYFAIR ALWAYS HAD YOUR BACK . SO I CONTACT THE COMPANY THIS TIME AND YOU WAS NO HELP PEOPLE THEY PRODUCTS SHUTOFF ON YOU BRAND NEW Thank you  Renee singleton

I’ve bought Lasko heaters for years, but the quality and customer service have gone downhill. My current unit shuts off after about 3 minutes of running, even after following troubleshooting steps. When I contacted customer service to request a warranty replacement, the representative was dismissive and kept talking as if I didn’t know how to use a heater instead of addressing the actual problem. She also started responding in ALL CAPS, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I wasn’t asking for attitude, I was asking for specific answers and help with a product that clearly isn’t functioning properly. I usually just replace a heater and keep it moving, but I’m tired of wasting money on products that don’t last and then getting brushed off when I try to use the warranty. I won’t be purchasing Lasko again.

It has been two weeks of back and forth emails of excuses of why the products I ordered were never sent. Calling them yielded more excuses and no resolution. There is no accountability with this company. Do not do business with them. They will continue to steal from people. It's a shame that companies like this can get away with this type of "business."

I have been waiting for more than four weeks for my shipment. Every time is a new excuse and still no shipment. I do not think they really care about the end customer. Wonder if they are a legit company or another scam.

Guardian products don't stand by their name. The Humidifiers leak and are made with cheap quality materials. When you complain they send round the bend. Their outsourced agents just don't seem to understand the issues. It is very hard to deal with them. BUYER BEWARE....The Guardian Humidifiers can leak and damage wooden flooring.
