If you prefer a more natural, matte look, we'd recommend giving the hair a gentle wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and letting it air dry – this often helps tone down the shine beautifully. Alternatively, a dry shampoo spray can also work wonders to reduce excess gloss! We also really appreciate your feedback about the small tracks – you mentioned they could be wider and include 2 combs instead of 1. That is incredibly helpful insight, and we will definitely share this with our product team for future improvements.
