The product itself is awesome but the foot pedal disconnect very often(even when I'm using continuously) and that increase my working time because I need to wait for it to reconnect again. Also foot pedal's click sound is quite loud that some of my clients react by twitch their eyes. Also the fact that the pedal needs batteries to operate and the light itself need USB port to operate, they don't include neither the batteries nor the USB port for such a price of product is pretty disappointing.

Hi Lee, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really glad to hear you love the product itself, and I appreciate you raising the points about the foot pedal and accessories. Regarding the pedal disconnecting — the foot pedal is designed to automatically deactivate after 60 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life. It can be reactivated instantly by holding it down for 3–5 seconds, and the LED light will switch on again right away. Most artists get used to this flow quickly, but I understand it can interrupt your rhythm at first, so thank you for highlighting it. I’m also sorry to hear that your client’s eyes were twitching. There can be several reasons for this during lash services — some clients naturally have more sensitive or twitch-prone eyelids, and sometimes environmental or positioning factors can contribute. The pedal click sound may have played a part, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we continue improving the design. As for the USB power requirement — we chose this approach very intentionally. Keeping the tweezer attachment lightweight was a priority because adding a battery directly into the device would make it bulkier, heavier, and more fatiguing to use. Using a USB connection ensures the tweezer remains slim and comfortable to hold while still delivering consistent LED output. Any standard USB adapter, USB hub, or 5V 1A outlet will work with the system. I genuinely appreciate your feedback — it helps us refine both the device and the user experience. If you’d like assistance troubleshooting the pedal or would prefer a replacement, please reach out to us at [email protected] , and we’ll be happy to help. Warm regards, Lou
