I like your product but.......
I placed my order and 3 weeks later, when I hadn't received my order nor did I get a tracking number I sent you an email stating this. I then received an email wherein you asked me to review something I never got-a laser pointer! I finally got my laser pointer today and I also received a response from you. You basically called me a liar by stating that you had sent me a tracking number. Your product gets a rating of 4 but your customer service brings my overall rating down to 1.

it's not true my friend. I have checked we have replied your ticket the same day and provide a full tracking record to show where the package is. the shipment was delayed in USA due to the affect of virus and I have checked USPS just give an estimated delivery date, which is today, 22nd. You can click the tracking link in the help ticket. for further questions pls reply the ticket. we are always here to help. thanks for your understanding and support.
