UK BUYERS BEWARE! Despite the company's web address having a .co.uk suffix, they are based in the Netherlands. Which means that when I had to return the laser pointer I bought as it was faulty, it was going to cost me £38. The company insisted that this cost is my responsibility and would not be refunded. It's bad enough being sent faulty goods but having to pay to return them is unacceptable.

Our only official website and sales channel is www.laserpointerstore.com. We have no connection with any other website using a different domain or domain extension. We completely understand your frustration regarding your experience with that company, but as it was not us, we would kindly ask that you not associate that experience with our company or our Trustpilot profile. If possible, we would also appreciate it if you could update or remove the review from our Trustpilot profile, as it relates to a different company.
