Had tattoo removal treatment at Woodbury location. Service i received from employer Remi Z and Brittany R and Louise M was exceptional. I was really impressed with the tender loving care I received ❤

Love Laser Away!
Love Laser Away!! I had a thermage treatment and I definitely love the way my face looks and feel. I love how tight it feels and how clear. I have also been going there for laser hair removal, and I’m about to have my 4th treatment. So far, it has clear the area around my armpits and the bikini area! 🤗🤗😘💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Lauren from the Santa Monica store is INCREDIBLE!
I’ve been dealing with Lauren from Laser Away in Santa Monica and she is such a doll!!! She has spent over 5 hours with me helping me with my package! And I’ve called into the store a few times and they seem a little disorganized then I guess they tell Lauren because she will reach out and help me!!!! She not only saved me from wanting to cancel my package but I want to buy more because of her!!!! Lauren I hope you ready this!

It went wrong but it ended well
Besides my appointment being all screwed up. I would love to thank both Nicole’s as they assisted my needs & did not let me leave without me being taken care of. Long story short, I was scheduled for my entire upper body today but for some reason the front desk lady only schedule me for my front upper body. When I told my first nurse, Nicole, that if I was going to get my back done, she stated that she only had my front portioned scheduled. So she went to speak with the front desk and her manager - Nicole (as well) & informed me that her manager would take care of my needs as she had another appointment to attend to. I thanked her & appreciate her doing that for me. She’s always so lovely to me & one of the best nurses I’ve had while going there. Nicole (the manager) came in and I explained to her that the front desk lady always knew that I scheduled my entire upper body in one day. She apologized but assured me that we will get it done. She’s such a pleasant lady. She also noticed that I haven’t had my face scheduled because the front desk lady always put that one off so she went ahead and took care of that for me today as well. When we went to schedule, she was there with me scheduling my appointments so that this wouldn’t have occurred again. I’m really thankful for them both. They were amazing to me. Thank you ladies 😘

they make it affordable for college students!!!
Laser away has THE BEST costumer service I have ever received anywhere! My first time in for a consultation I was very hesitant and thought it might be a scam but I was blown away. The people there are so nice and understanding. I’m a freshman in college on a tight budget, and they worked with me giving me amazing deals so that I could afford laser hair removal. I’ve only had one treatment so far and I can’t wait to see the results!!
