Very desagree

No follow up on procedures and don’t return phone calls

I could almost never get in which ended up spacing appts I could get far apart. “No appts available” or I would get bumped/ canceled at the very last minute. I’ve tried calling every morning and booking way out..the burden is on me and I’ve given it everything but can’t make close appts happen and have paid thousands of dollars for a service that builds on itself. Meaning, if you don’t get closer appts..you see no results. I was told from the beginning that weekly +/- appts would not be a problem. This is crazy and seems like an easy issue to fix. Very unorganized. I complained and complained and eventually they agreed to give me a fraction of what I paid.. I’m still out thousands (and a lot of effort and energy) for nothing.

Did not see any changes from Botox treatment . I wanted to get a call back from a supervisor . Never did . The people who called were the staff from the office justvto tell me that my case had been reviewed by the “experts “ and they did see a slight difference . Going somewhere else . Would never recommend this place

My Sister bought me a three skin treatment dealed Groupon to encourage my improved faced return to the workforce (I'm 57 and look it;-) after a long and disabling illness. When I initially attended the Carlsbad location consultation I was made to wait an hour and then more or less bamboozled into buying other treatments (VERY expensive) that I had no real knowledge of, and, after finally refusing for the time being, until I consulted with my dermatologist Sister offering me this initial treat but who lives in London, I was treated like a poor relation and rushed out the door. I decided to change locations after this unpleasant experience and was treated better by Emily ( a charismatic sweetheart with whom I established an old mans crush and I'm gay:-) at the Rancho Bernardo Branch, yet still, the nurses doing the laser procedure were not to a level of professionalism and detail one would expect with such a sensitive issue as ones face and the whole experience therefore has left me bereft and discouraged. NOT recommended!

Bad experiences they just take your money if you looking for a good service this is not the one

Don’t waste your time here folks! You get what you pay for. Super disappointed with their false advertisement. Was so excited to receive my treatment’s but they cancel appointments frequently due to laser machines breaking down and lack of staff to support treatments. Don’t waste your valuable time! Not worth it! 👎🏼
