This is the third time I’ve not been lasered properly. There are areas that are not lasered at all. I’d like to be contacted in regards to this problem.

They. Schedule patient 4 to 5 months apart and not getting the best treatment. I donot recommend this place

I am confused about receiving this request for review? I didn't receive my treatment. I showed up for my appointment Thursday evening (an appointment I had arranged several weeks prior) and was told I was not on the schedule. I had my appointment card with date and time on it with me but, apparently, it was not documented in the system. If I was not in the system, how am I receiving this request for review a day later? Suspicious. I have been rescheduled for a few weeks out - at a very inconvenient time. Meanwhile, I was told I would be contacted by the District Manager ( I have not, yet) and when I expressed my frustration to the person at the desk, I was told that "I received a great deal" on the treatments I purchased. ?? I am not sure how this is a pertinent comment to the situation at hand?? Was this an implication that I don't have a right to feel upset because I received a large discount?? I'm not sure how well placed that comment was?? I don't really have a great feeling about this place, right now.

Had IPL laser treatment and not one thing happened exept a lot ofpain and no numbing cream was provided. I have IPL many times and not once has any doctor or nurse ever told me numbing ream wouldn't be provided. In addition, not one of the dark spots on my face lightened or turned black and sluffed off as is typical with IPL treatments. This is a sham that you all are providing to clients. What a joke.

I used to love LaserAway but not with the changes over a year or so. I have been going to there for about four years. I set an appt only to have someone call me two hours before my apt to tell me the person I had scheduled with changed there schedule weeks ago. They should have at least let me know when those changes were made. I had moved my work schedule around for that appt. I worked four 10hr days just to make it work. Then I schedule again and was notified the night before that they didn’t have time to squeeze me in for everything I wanted done. When I literally was trying to get the two services I had been trying to do for weeks. When expressing how unhappy I was it seemed as if no one cared. When I finally got my services done I found out that so many rules and regulations have taken place that I can’t even do what I wanted to do anyway. But yet again the same thing I have been doing for 3 years. This company has become far too corporate . Once I use the product I bought I will be parting ways with Laser Away for good.

i had laser hair removal and thermage on my face and got zero results. $3400 down the drain. Didn't really enjoy going to get my procedures done either, the nurses are polite but not friendly at all, very mechanical. would not recommend it to anybody else.

I will never use laseraway again once I finish my treatments. The staff never knows what area I’m getting treated when I arrive and changes my appointment times without my consent. I have complained to the manager multiple times and have just had enough. I will continue to get laser but I will 100% go somewhere else. Note: I exclusively go to the Scottsdale Quarter location.

I was told my skin would peel. Never did. Appointments are hard to obtain.
