The Hermosa Beach location has been…
The Hermosa Beach location has been very accommodating and friendly. The nurse was so helpful in educating me on how to take care of my skin after my laser treatment. The receptionist was very polite and her energy is very positive and vibrant

Laser appointment itself is great and…
Laser appointment itself is great and fast however the process of making and editing an appointment is not efficient. Additionally, it has been twice that my appointment time has been scheduled wrongly. Confirmed accurately on the phone however when the reminders are sent, it’s the wrong time. This has happened 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been.

I like the clear and brilliant…
I like the clear and brilliant treatment. My skin becomes more soft and starting to see the good result on my face especially the dark acne scarring after 3 sessions. My only concern was I bought a Beauty package , but didn't like the smell of the Energizing day serum, smells like old product compare to the one that they put on my face last session. I called last Monday June 3, 2019. And, The receptionist told me that Dr. Taylor was still busy in that moment so I don't want to kept waiting that's why she told me they will give me a call within that day. Unfortunately, until now I haven't receive any call. I just want the serum to be replace by a new one. I just tried once and did not bother myself to use it because of the smell.

Welcoming Staff
This review is about the Union St. location in San Francisco: I had a great experience with the technicians and front desk staff even though, as other reviewers have pointed out, they're always revolving. This isn't a bad thing, the service was great (almost) each time. The technicians were honest and upfront with me about my appointments and procedure for ear hair removal. Because I was only there for ears, my treatments were very quick, which was great. I saw results after the first treatment. The only thing that I found overbearing was their need to up-sell or sell something else. It happened during consultation, so just be ready to say no if you don't want to go for a higher payment plan, and it happened at the last session. The conversation during consultation felt natural, and I was able to say no easily and comfortably. At the last session, I said no, but the front desk person was a little rude about it. That person definitely needs to work on tact.
