Like many others, I am forced to write this review out of sheer frustration. I have purchased a large package with laser away. I was super excited to start my treatments with them initially until I realized that the company is selling more packages then they can actually service. I had 2 emergencies come up due to which I had to reschedule, however rescheduling appointments with laser away is nothing short of a HORROR! So unless you’re a robot who doesn’t have life have to them and emergencies come up, I HIGHLY suggest staying away from this company! I’m waiting to “hear back” from the manager since the last week of February. Apparently they’re too busy to even return phone calls. I been hung up on, I have made 14 calls in an hour, all of which were not answered. I have shown up to my appointments and had a stranger present in the room while I was lying on the bed exposed, with no explanation as to why that person was there. Unprofessional behavior is all I have gotten from this company and I’m extremely disappointed given the amount of money I have paid to be treated this way! They will be super nice to you at the time of singing you up, once you’ve signed the contract you’ll be forgotten goods!

TOTALLY AGREE with previous review on they are only nice to get you in. CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible, managers are rude and unhelpful. Save yourselves the grief and go somewhere else. Not worth being treated with caddy rude attitudes! DO NOT USE THEM!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS COMPANY. The very first day I clearly explained to them that I had laser hair removal and it didn't work for me and if this company wanna tell me that I have to pay extra beside $5000 at the end to get the result I am not gonna spend my money here. I was told by their counselor that they are going to take care of me till I get the promised result(Only got 20% result). After a year since my sessions are over and now I am being told that they are sorry but I have to pay again. Tried to call a head quarter corporate more than 7 times to get a hold of manager. The only thing that I hear after a month is they are going to escalate my complaint to the manager and MAYBE will call me back.

Very disappointed in the Dublin location. Purchased clear and brilliant package after they told me I could use it during the Spring months. Told them I was going to LA that weekend. Was told I should start the treatment- that I would be fine. Needless to say my skin burned. After going back and forth with them they refunded the rest of the package but wouldn't refund the session where I had face burns. AND don't purchase hair removal off Groupon- their fine print is misleading - I purchased hair removal 2 years ago. Purchased another recently - but they won't honor it. Total scam. Unprofessional

Service with Nurse Gabby at the Court Street location was unsatisfactory and disappointing. I've had five good treatments with other nurses here. Unfortunately, today I had Nurse Gabby whose work was incomplete, insufficient and ultimately ineffective. She concluded an approximate 5 minutes laser hair removal treatment in 1minute. She swiftly past the wand across my chin from right to left then said "O.K". I kid you not! She wasted one of my visits and ultimately my money.

I have no issues with the services but you need to keep track of what is in your account because salespeople lie a lot they don't honor original agreements and if you don't check within your account items that you purchased and paid for are no longer in the account and what was told to you over the phone during selling is not true and cannot be honored. If you speak to someone named Danielle in the San Francisco region hang up she's a scammer and lies to you about services but once you go in they tell you that they don't know why she told you that and what you paid for cannot be refunded. She's probably one of their top salespeople but just a heads up if you're looking to buy anything.

This company is a total scam. Don't ever do business with them. They will sign you up for thousands of dollars of laser hair removal then refuse to treat you because your white German/Hungarian skin is not white enough for their lasers. Then when you fuss, they will send their legal team after you instead of you know, having a corporate representative try to call you even once to work things out.

I had purchased coolsculpting on their website and paid $2,200 for 4 treatments. I called them on Feb 9, 2021 at 2:56pm and told them I wanted to cancel my transaction a few days before the time scheduled and they had told me I would be able to get refunded and would see the money back in my account in 7-10days. Since it's been over 3 weeks I decided to give them a call and it turned out jamielynn the person helping me with the transaction never processed my refund only canceled my scheduling. Jessica at the office in Pasadena said that she messaged their upper division management on the issue and they still haven't gotten back to her or me.
