Matthew Grant M.
Horrendous Salesperson
I'm not one to leave a bad review for a business, however, I've never been accosted and gaslit so badly from a sales rep in my life. And after reading other reviews here (which I am sad I didn't do before), I'm honestly inclined to submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau as this does not appear to be a one-time issue. TLDR; I didn't get the services I was promised and requested a refund which was met with a wildly hostile, rude, and disproportionate response from the original salesperson. I was courted for a week by a woman named Danielle who walked me through the packages and practices. I was hesitant to go to LaserAway because it seemed female-centric with the way they've priced their services; however, she ensured me that she could get my concerns met with a final pricing that was supposed to reflect 8 sessions at a price of $255/per. After the first appointment I attended, I realized the entire area wasn't done. When I went to the second appointment, it was relayed to me that my package didn't cover it. The services were handled professionally, however, the experience made me uncomfortable and I wasn't getting what I actually wanted out of it so I requested for a refund which was routed through the initial salesperson via their customer service team. Danielle was then incredibly hostile, using excessive profanity and trying to gaslight me into accepting no refund for the services. If you decide to use this business, I recommend keeping a detailed accounting of the conversations and services booked.
